Noel is the head chef and owner of ALBA Restaurant. He is very hardworking and passionate Chef who brings a huge experience of over two decades in culinary industry. His vast knowledge ranges from working all across the globe right from the Philippines, UAE and now in Canada. His passion in cooking keeps generating new ideas and flavorful menus to bring to your table.
